Patricia O’Connor is a NYS licensed Physical Therapist with over 35 years of experience in sports medicine, orthopedics and manual therapy. Her early career included PT for professional dancers and pre-season testing for the New York Jets and New York Rangers. Education includes degrees from SUNY Buffalo in Speech Pathology and Physical Therapy, and a Masters in Biobehavioral Sciences from Columbia University.
Patricia has extensive experience in soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage and CranioSacral therapy. She has found CranioSacral therapy to be profoundly effective in alleviating chronic neck and back pain, headaches and migraines.
