Maria Beatriz Sanmiguel is an outstanding therapist specialized in craniosacral osteopathy. Her multi-discipline education an open-minded approach of medical therapy allows her to offer different practices for preventing sufferings, treating diseases and healing. Sanmiguel has studied and researched alternative medicine for more tan 10 years. She earned her Massage Therapy License from the Acupuncture Massage College in Miami, Florida, in 2004. Since then she has studied and deepened incessantly her academic knowledge in Healing BodyWork.

During her studies, she received an extensive training including over 500 hours of craniosacral osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, muscle energy techniques, biomechanics in muscle and joint mobilization, neuromuscular, myofascial, Chinese medicine and meridians.

Sanmiguel was one of the privileged students of Doctor John Upledger, the recognized physician pioneer in craniosacral therapy. Furthermore, she was assistant teacher and visiting therapist at The Upledger Institute and participated in intensive treatments in that institution. She has combined her continuous studies of the CranioSacral practices with the treatment of patients with diverse pathologies, having remarkable success in each and every one of the cases. Her perfectionist professional approach and her commitment to the human relationship with the patients make her an outstanding therapist.

In her therapies, Maria Beatriz Sanmiguel focuses in palpation, hearing the rhythms of the body in order to have better results in CranioSacral therapy. Se has taken over 30 courses with the most prestigious instructors to deepen her therapeutic knowledge. Furthermore, she is an expert in Cranio Sacral, neuromuscular massage, Japanese massage (opening of central and peripheral energy meridians) and other advanced techniques.
