About

I am a lifelong learner and coach who holds space for my associates as they learn how to make transitions in their bodies, minds, and emotions, through curiosity and personal work, and do so without judgment. This type of work facilitates healing opportunities that the body knows and learns to remember, healing itself, decreasing pains and symptoms, and increasing positive attitude, energy, and overall well-being, believing life is worth living joyfully and to the fullest!

I am also a Certified Practitioner in Cranial-Sacral Integrative Equine Therapies through Tom Mayes's "Integrated Equine Therapies". One of my lifelong passions is working with horses and their riders. Mirroring is something worth investigating, right?

Humans, Horses, and our Canine friends are all part of my practice!

I enjoy using a wide variety of modalities, including: craniosacral therapies, trauma and Somatic Emotional Release (S.E.R.) therapies,  AO SCAN, (frequency work), relaxation and therapeutic massage, reflexology, myofascial therapies, lymphatic drainage techniques, scar tissue release techniques, visceral massage, osteopathy techniques, and Dynamic Body Balancing. Being a certified Master Transitional and Integrative Health Coach, I chose to integrate my coaching into my practice.

In my "other time," I enjoy teaching "repurposed" stained glass mosaic classes, biking and hiking, being a volunteer Police Chaplain, teaching my grandchildren to talk to trees, and finding things to be grateful for by "looking up"!

I have my Bachelor's in Science from St. Cloud State University and my Master's in Education from Capella University. I have a Master's Certification in Integrative Transitional Health Coaching through the Health Coach Institute and became a Certified Licensed Massage Therapist through Northwestern Health Science University. I have received class certifications in Craniosacral Therapies, S.E.R. Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Myofascial work from Upledger Institute, C.E. Institute, Barral Institute, and my Associate's Certificate of Osteopathy from the London College of Osteopathy, and Certificate in Equine Osteopathy Techniques from Integrative Equine Therapies, ( Tom Mayes).

In wellness, gratitude, and peace,

Wendy Andersen
