About

I have been a massage therapist and bodyworker since 2001, and a CranioSacral therapist since 2015. I am Diplomate Certified through the Upledger Institute. My treatments are gentle, client-directed, and supportive. Each session is individualized based on the client's unique needs. CranioSacral therapy is safe for most everyone and is compatible with other health care treatments. I believe that our bodies have an innate ability to heal themselves, and my goal is to offer assistance to the body so that healing can take place.
