From there you can use that experience as you choose; for insight and contemplation about your life and the future, for releasing things from the past that are holding you back, for assimilating fragmented aspects of your psyche that leave you at war within yourself or simply to float in the present moment free from anxiety, stress and worry. Self care isn’t only about resolving stress and trauma, it is just as important to show ourselves some love, tenderness and joy and reignite the knowledge that we are divine sparks of an infinite fire of being.
