About

Nathalie is a talented Complimentary and Alternative Medicine Practitioner. She brings about over 20 years of manual therapy and professional hands-on experience using modalities like Shiatsu, Gi-Gong, Acupuncture, Advanced Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Visceral/Neural Manipulations. Nathalie started her inquiries into self-help modalities in 1970 after breaking her lower back in a car accident and being medically declared "50% permanently disabled " and condemned to live with pain and restrained range of motion for the rest of her life. Her study of Body Language, postural alignment, mindfulness in movement, meditation, oriental Dance ,and experiential theatre took her to live and learn on 4 Continents. In Japan, she met her most significant teacher and mentor, Dr.Takeuchi, who revolutionized her condition with his techniques of YinShiatsu and Energy Medicine. " I'd love to share them with you today." She said. Now, by intuitively interweaving these eastern & western modalities, Nathalie is able to restore balance and strength in her patients energy grid and teach them self-help care (Gi-Gong, Do-In, Meridian Stretches..) to continue and support-balance between treatments

She continues advanced studies in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Visceral/Nerve Manipulation at The Upledger Institute,FL since 1995, Interned at The Healthplex Clinic and continue to visit her teacher in Tokyo. Nathalie holds a BA in the Philosophy of Ethics and Politics. She has travelled the world, lived on 4 continents, speaks 5 languages and is an open Ocean swimmer, oriental Dancer and fervent practitioner of Gi-Gong And Tai-Chi

Since the 2010, Nathalie is presenting 64 Form, Tai-Chi Yang style and Tai-Chi with weapons . Last year, 2012, she was presented with a Gold Medal three times on the East Coast, and three times with a Silver Medal. She continues practicing under the teaching of Shifu Moffett.
