About Me

I have a passion for the healing arts and helping people obtain optimal health both emotionally and physically. This passion has led me to massage therapy and CranioSacral Therapy with an emphasis on creating individualized treatments, recognizing that each person has different needs. CranioSacral Therapy has heightened my intuition and sensitivity towards the body through gentle touch. I have experienced first hand the affects of self healing by both receiving CranioSacral Therapy and providing therapy to my current clientele. I am currently providing CranioSacral Therapy at Suncrest Counseling and I am available for treatments in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy and have been practicing for 17 years in both Utah and California. I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy for 2 years and have completed CS1 and CS2 courses from Upledger Institute International.

I enjoy being with family and friends especially when it includes something to do with athletic events and concerts. Can't wait for the Imagine Dragons concert in October. I'm the designated driver for my nieces and nephews, darn it, someone has to drive. After all I am their favorite aunt!
