Welcome! 
My name is Krysta, and I have been in the Health and Wellness field for almost two decades. I studied at Grand Valley State University and received my Bachelors of Science in History with a Biology Minor and went on to graduate from the European Massage Therapy School in Chicago. I am Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Michigan. 

I am passionate about educating and empowering my clients to take control of their own health and well-being. I have a mindful nurturing touch and a relaxed professional presence that allows me to work well with a variety of clients. I have experience working in a hospital setting with clients who are recovering from injuries, birth, chronic pain, pre/post-surgical care, and my focus is a holistic healing approach. 

I am here to help you reach your goals. My drive to consistently learn and grow furthers this goal to be of service to you for health, balance, flexibility and strength. I have been certified as a Yoga Trapeze Instructor, Breath Coach, Certified Holistic Doula and Natural Health Therapist. I am currently studying to be a Naturopathic Doctor. These auxiliary trainings furthers my goal to be there for you as support, an educational element, and self empowerment.

My Skills

I am actively working towards advanced certifications/training in John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach (MFR I, II, Unwinding, Advanced Unwinding, Rebounding, Fascial-Pelvis, Cervical-Thoracic, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Mobilization, and Fascial Cranium), Ashiatsu (Deepfeet I, II, Ashi-Thai, and Sarga Silks), Upledger CranioSacral Therapy(CST I, II, SER I, II, Cranial Nerves, UMAC I, II, III, and CCPB), and Visceral Manipulation (VM I, II, III, and IV).

As a Licensed Massage Therapist I am skilled in Swedish, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage. Since becoming licensed I have obtained further certification in Pediatric Massage, Specialized Oncology Training, Pre/Post Surgical Massage, Reiki Level I & II, Cupping, Theragun practitioner, as well as the advanced certifications/training previously mentioned.

Fees: $120 for 60 minute session 
$180 for 90 minute session 
$230 for 2 hour session 
Plus $1.00 per mile for travel

New Natural Health Session w/ Zyto scan
$305 for 90minutes
