My skills
Dr Upledger helped me develop my Cranial Osteopathy towards a whole person framework. Thirty years since learning the basics of CST my approach and techniques continue to evolve; I now perceive brain function as occurring throughout our bodies and, if we include consciousness, maybe beyond. If we allow it, intelligence seems to be able to be anywhere.
My approach is led by each individual's unique therapeutic process, and I regard sessions as shared explorations. Though rooted in the craniosacral system, my tool box includes other ideas and techniques that I have found helpful, all intended to help reduce or eliminate acquired stresses that reduce our capacity to self-heal or otherwise to function well.
