I'm an occupational therapist and have been working with adults and children for over 20 years.  I have recently started my own business after working in the healthcare system  because I want to allow access to the type of healthcare you want as an individual.  

Insurances limit patient's participation due to only addressing on area of the body at a time. I work in a holistic approach At your first appointment, we’ll do a Holistic Postural Assessment, to identify root causes of pain or restricted movement. Then we’ll tailor a treatment plan together including personalized hands-on treatment sessions and learning specific exercises to help you move better and enjoy your life more.

I take a different approach to injuries and the body.  Even though your pain is one place, your body is connected on many different levels so we will use a holistic approach of you and your pain.
