About
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist in Portland, Oregon with a developing clinical focus in craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. My work blends anatomical precision, perceptual listening, and a steady presence shaped by years of contemplative practice. I’ve completed CranioSacral Therapy 2 (CS2) through the Upledger Institute and Visceral Manipulation 1 (VM1) through the Barral Institute, and I’m continuing deeper study in both disciplines.
My background includes long-term training in Taoist movement and meditation traditions. Those practices taught me how to track subtle shifts in tension, rhythm, and internal movement—skills that directly support the sensitivity needed in craniosacral and visceral work. They also cultivated the grounded, patient quality of attention that clients often experience as safety and ease.
I am also a State of Oregon–licensed Psilocybin Facilitator. That work is conducted separately under Oregon’s regulated system, yet it continues to deepen how I sit with people: listening without pressure, supporting nervous system regulation, and holding space for natural unfolding. Whether in bodywork or non-touch facilitation, my intention remains the same—to help people settle, sense more clearly, and reconnect with their inherent movement toward balance.
My practice centers on integrative sessions that weave craniosacral techniques, organ-specific fascial listening, and targeted manual therapy. I focus on supporting fluid dynamics, easing protective patterns, and creating conditions where the body can reorganize at its own pace.
