I have dedicated my whole life to the body as a way of connecting both outwardly and inwardly. Dance, Yoga, and Bodywork are the primary tools I use to do so. I believe that the body holds everything we need to understand who we are, where our path in this life is and how to walk it, how to heal, how to connect, where we're going and from whence we came. It is a whole universe that is unique to each. I hope to help people gain better access to their own universe and regain self-sovereignty.
