I received my Bachelor's Degree from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. After "practicing" alternative medicine on my family for 20 years, I decided to receive some formal training. I attended the Institute of Natural Health Sciences in Livonia, MI, for 3 years for Homeopathic and BioEnergtic training. I received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I  continued several times in their Immersion Programs. I have continued specialized training in other disciplines (Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Release,  Iridology, Botanicals, Nutritional Supplements).
My training has prepared me in a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I enjoy creating a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. It is about YOU and what YOU want.
