I'm Cindy Dimmitt, an Upledger Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist celebrating 25 years in private practice on the north side of Chicago. I love the profound positive changes in clients' bodies and lives as a result of our work together.

If you have had injuries, trauma, stress, chronic pain, grief or other emotional issues, or you are in a stressful time of transition, let's work together to bring your body into more balance and health so you can enjoy life more and handle stress better.

I have personally benefitted from CST for migraines, sports injuries, healing from surgeries, and more. I understand that being listened to and treated as an individual and a whole person are essential in the healing process.

CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch, whole-body treatment technique that supports the central nervous system and affects all the other systems of the body in order to improve health and well-being. With CST, we can pinpoint and treat the source of your body’s problem, not just the symptoms.

What can you expect with CST?
