About Me
I am a graduate of the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa, On, Canada. Whether a Therapeutic, Sports or Relaxation Massage I incorporate the techniques of Visceral/Neural/Vascular Manipulation, Manual Articulation, CranioSacral and Therpeutic Ultrasound to your massage depending on your specific treatment. Ease of movement and decreased pain are essential to regaining enjoyment of regular daily activity. Fitness/Nutrition are also factors to increase life enjoyment and decrease stress.I have taught Aquafitness for the last 20 years, have completed numerous 1/2 marathons. I have had the privilege of walking the Camino de Santiago, Portuguese Camino and the Via Francigena.
