Christine Baade, LMT, CMLDT, is a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, and is the founder at Flow State Lymphatics, LLC.. Â She is a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and practices gentle, restorative manual therapies including Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki.

With a multidisciplinary background in bodywork, yoga and health coaching, Christineâ€™s holistic approach centers on restoring harmony within the bodyâ€™s natural systems. Her focus emphasizes enhancing immune function, improving digestion, circulation and lymphatic flow. By removing stagnation and fascial restrictions we aim to create space for abundance, energy and cognitive clarity alongside nervous system regulation for enhanced mobility and resilience.
