About Me

Catherine Justice (PT, DPT, CST, C-IAYT, E-RYT) is a licensed physical therapist, certified CranioSacral therapist, and certified yoga therapist / yoga teacher in the Minneapolis area. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, teaching yoga as a certified instructor for over 15 years, and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of MN in 2010. Currently she practices outpatient physical therapy at Hennepin Heathcare's Integrative Health Clinic in Minneapolis (, blending CranioSacral Therapy with physical therapy and therapeutic yoga. She teaches yoga classes at taraNa Yoga ( in South Minneapolis. She is also available for private CranioSacral bodywork, physical therapy, and/or private yoga sessions. In her free time she enjoys biking, gardening, theater, cooking, music, playing cello, art, and spending time with her family and her cats.

My Skills

CranioSacral Therapy: Certified at the Techniques level by the Upledger Institute.

Physical Therapy: Experience working with a wide-variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and extensive continuing education in CransioSacral Therapy, Neural and Visceral Mobilization, postural restoration, Alexander Technique, somatics, muscle energy, and functional movement training.

Therapeutic Yoga: Certified as a Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists with over 15 years experience teaching individuals and group classes, working with people with myriad conditions, using yoga to help facilitate healing of body, mind, and spirit.
