Common concerns addressed include:-
For Babies:

- Digestive issues like reflux or colic

- Difficulty with tummy time and/or not crawling
For Teens and Adults:
- Migraines

- Long covid
- ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia
- Anxiety
- Sleep difficulties -- getting over or staying asleep
- Chronic stress, depletion and/or exhaustion
- Chronic inflammation
- Long held trauma or injury
Sessions are bespoke and integrate a
combination of CranioSacral,
Manual Lymphatic and/or Visceral Therapy techniques with Swedish massage,
BodyInsight NMT, Polyvagal and breathwork practices, body
awareness, somatic movement and/or EFT/Tapping where appropriate.
I focus on facilitating conscious connection and conversation with our bodies to access our self-healing capacity. Wellbeing throughout the whole body and health on all levels is best accessed via conscious and compassionate embodied connection on each level -- physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, vibrational/energetic -- as and when we are able.
