Hi!  I'm Dr. Aleta, a physical therapist based in central Connecticut.  I specialize in working with babies and children from birth and up.  I strive to create a calming, warm environment for families.  Working with breastfeeding dyads is a strong interest of mine, and I also work with infants with oral ties including pre/post frenotomy care.  

My approach is a mix of more "traditional" physical therapy as well as craniosacral therapy- I take pride in my ability to empower families to help their own children.  After the initial evaluation, you will receive exercises and activities to work on, to carry over the benefits of our treatment session into your daily routines.  I strive to minimize the stress on today's busy families, not only by accepting all major insurance plans (including CT Medicaid/Husky), but also by providing you with those crucial exercises to carry over at home, to help your child make gains faster- with fewer in office appointments.

Hours of operation / Fees
My current typical hours in the Manchester office are Mondays and Fridays ~8:00-4:00, Wednesdays ~8:00-12:00.  Fees vary based on your insurance plan contract.  Out of network services fees available upon request.
