My journey into the Healing Arts began in Spring of 1999 while studying for my license in Massage Therapy.  This training opened the door to an awesome world where I’m able to be of service to others.  Over the years, I have been blessed to train with wonderfully talented and exceptional teachers and mentors.  I am grateful and love that I am able to utilize this training and years of experience to enrich my clients' lives and consistently apply a constantly evolving knowledge and skills set.

With my background in Massage Therapy/Bodywork, Yoga Therapist-Teacher, Reiki/Energy cleansing & healing, and Spiritual guidance/coaching, I have discovered the treasure of the subtle energies which are within each of us.

I allow my intuition to guide the healing work, as no two people are alike.
