Offering holistic bodywork and herbal protocols for pain relief, endocrine nourishment and normalization, immune strengthening, or stress relief, Peggie takes a holistic approach to your health and healing. Through integrating food (diet & nutrition), herbs, lifestyle and gentle bodywork (craniosacral & visceral manipulation), Peggie can help you uncover the root causes of your health challenges empowering you on sustainable healthy living.

Peggie’s practice includes children, females as well as those who are experiencing chronic, debilitating disorders, those looking for holistic natural protocols through combating health issues.

Peggie also conducts wellness workshops for corporate, communities and public spreading the power of nature in holistic healing.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Peggie has studied cranial and fascial bodywork with the Upledger Institute, the Barral Institute, Anatomy Trains, the Hong Kong TCM Orthopedic and Traumatic Association.

She is a graduate of the East West School of Planetary Herbology,  International Integrative Educational Institute, David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies extensively trained in planetary herbology and holistic nutrition. She is training with Donnie Yance in holistic cancer care.

Peggie completed a Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Strategy and Consulting. She also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Her focus is clinical based practice with extensive support from research, science and traditional practice.
