Xanthe Ashton has been practicing CranioSacral Therapy since 2003 and has a practice working with newborns through to the elderly. She also works with horses and small animals. In addition to CranioSacral Therapy she practices Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Zero Balancing, Bowen Therapy, Reflexology and Massage. Xanthe combines her therapies to treat each person as a whole.
As well as being a passionate practitioner Xanthe is the New Zealand satellite for the Upledger Institute organising their training courses and coordinating study groups.
Xanthe teaches CranioSacral Therapy 1, ShareCare and Introductions to CranioSacral Therapy. In addition to teaching for the Upledger Institute she also teaches a Diploma in Reflexology for the Canterbury School of Reflexology and just for fun she enjoys giving weekend workshops in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
Xanthe is a CranioSacral Therapy Mentor, this is a truly rewarding aspect of the work helping beginning practitioners grow and develop professionally.
