My interest in healing began very early in life. Later on in life,  I left my real estate career to pursue my interest in healing and to understand further my natural intuitive skills.  Attending the Upledger Institute healing and wellness courses provided me with the opportunity to learn how to use my intuitive wellness skills.
Furthermore, I pursued more advanced levels of mind/body education including,  Chinese Acupressure, Neuromuscular Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Process Acupressure, and Zero Balancing, Thought Field Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Zero Balancing, Integrative Energy Techniques, and more. My work also reaches into the realm of esoteric studies from which have revealed to her a deeper understanding of the human body/mind/energy matrix system. Besides, I embrace within my work, continual studies of quantum physics and scientific-based/spiritual meditation practices. As a strong intuitive, I have developed the ability to access information within the emotional/energetic matrix of her clients, thereby helping to target the cause of the discomfort.  After three years working as a massage therapist for a 5-star resort hotel,  I opened up a private practice then few years later, opened up a boutique-style day spa business called La Quinta Healing Arts, Inc., which was located in an upscale shopping Village in La Quinta, Ca.  After seven extraordinary years of owning and operating the year-round day spa, I left to pursue my interest in worldwide travel, yoga and meditation teacher training, and yoga health coach.  I have made pilgrimages to sacred yoga sites in Tibet, Nepal, and India, trekked the Himalayan mountains, studied Panchakarma Ayurveda in southern a training academy hospital in India, and I continue to learn other practices of yoga for myself, through the ISHA Yoga foundation for my inner wellbeing.  These enriching experiences are the source of the role I play as a Yoga Health Coach teaching others how to enhance their lives for optimal health living the lifestyle of a yogi.  Our healing is an inside job and a good therapist will steer you in the direction of self-healing.

I have been a  licensed massage therapist for over 20 years, and since 2014,

certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Teacher.  Since 2018 I've helped people improve their lifestyle to reach their wellness goals as a certified Yoga Health Coach and have a masters degree specializing in Holistic Wellness Counseling.
I currently offer my Medical Style  Massage practice in my massage/yoga studio located at 421 Court Street, Reno, Nevada, 89501.

My philosophy is such:  To follow a path with least resistance and allow ones intuition to guide us down the river of life while manifesting the life we want to live.
The river of life is moving. Question is: are we holding onto branches and hindering our journey with outmoded beliefs and feelings of fear and unworthiness?

Neuromuscular Therapy:

Helps improve areas of increased range of motion, postural symmetry, postural stability, and motor control, regulating muscle tonus, and isolating muscle movement.

CranioSacral Therapy:

A very gentle and effective holographic approach at looking at the system as a whole. CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

  • Chronic Neck and Back Pain
  • Motor-Coordination Impairments
  • Colic
  • Autism
  • Central Nervous System Disorders
  • Orthopedic Problems
  • Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Scoliosis
  • Infantile Disorders
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Emotional Difficulties
  • Stress and Tension-Related Problems
  • Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders
  • Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)
  • Neurovascular or Immune Disorders
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Post-Surgical Dysfunction
  • Migraine Headaches

Zero Balancing: is a powerful body-mind therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationship between energy and structures of the body.

Process Acupressure:

An integrative body/mind/soul approach that combines traditional acupressure techniques to help reclaim energetic balance in their bodies, which promotes better health.

Lymph Drainage Therapy:

Detecting and through the process of gentle touch, the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph alternate pathways are encouraged for draining body-fluid stagnations.

Visceral Manipulation:

A gentle hands-on therapy that works through the body's visceral system (the heart, liver, intestines and other internal organs) to locate and alleviate these abnormal points of tension throughout the body.

Integrative Energy Techniques:

During an energy session, Quantum coherence emerges, and is isolated in brain microtubules until a threshold related to quantum gravity is released.
