About Me

I am a Registered Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) serving Edmonton, Alberta. Since 2017, I have been committed to delivering results-driven, evidence-informed care focused on identifying and treating the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

I believe healing happens when we look at the body as a whole. That's why I continue to pursue advanced training in craniosacral therapy, visceral techniques, and osteopathic manual therapy-so I can better understand each patient's unique needs and provide thought, individualized care.

Becoming a Manual Osteopathic Therapist in 2021 allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expand the ways I can support my patients, especially those dealing with chronic pain or complex conditions.
