My Skills

I practice a variety of modalities which are seamlessly blended together to address your particular current needs and long term goals. I have a number of safe and highly effective tools in my toolbox and an overall orientation of caring and concern for your health, happiness and well-being. If it is a clients preference, I strictly employ only his or her requested modality (such as exclusively cranio-sacral or visceral manipulation therapy). I assist clients in successfully resolving a variety of complaints including chronic and acute bodily pain, distressing thinking patterns, impaired breathing, diminished movement and coordination as well as dysfunctions related to misalignment and chronically held stress and tension patterns.
