About Me

Pernille Stephens CNMT, CST-D, LMT, BA.Ed Neuromuscular Therapist Georgia state license number MT0045 Pernille Stephens is a Nationally board certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). I graduated from “Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health” (Gwinnett Technical College) Atlanta GA in 2007 with a certification in Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, Deep tissue and Chair massage. I have an extensive knowledge of Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Rehabilitation and Stress management. I became certified in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) in 2014 after studying and practicing since 2010 when I attended the first class with the Upledger institute. Practicing CST is a continual journey of learning and discovery process from the client/patient. I'm also taking continuation education classes in advanced CST. Pernille was a Montessori Teacher for 25 years before making this career change. She taught kindergarten, as well as having been an instructor of teachers in Early Childhood Education while living and working cross culturally. Pernille is the owner of "Duluth Neuromuscular Therapy" located in Duluth Georgia.
