Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice by phone. If less than 24 hours notice is given, and we are unable to fill the appointment, full payment is expected.

The office is located in Stow, Massachusetts on Rt. 117 and Rt 62 (132 Great Road) directly across from the Shaw's supermarket. The office is in the Stow Country Plaza on the south side of the street (the eastbound lane) and shares the plaza with Baystate Office Solutions, Integrative Health and Wellness and Boston Nails among others. If you are traveling west, the office is past the mini plaza with the Stow Cafe and is the next mini plaza on the left. If you are traveling east, the driveway is on the right after Stow Pizza. The office is located inside the main building entrance across from the restrooms on the first floor, towards the back of the building in Suite 103. You can park in either the front or rear parking lots.After 6pm it's best to use the rear entrance as the front door is sometimes locked. The main entrances are in the middle of the building.
