I combine clinical experience with holistic approaches that support the body, mind, and nervous system.
My passion is helping people better understand the connection between stress, energy, and overall wellness. I offer CranioSacral Therapy to support relaxation, nervous system balance, and the body's natural healing processes. Additional wellness services may include bioenergetic wellness technologies, cellular wellness education, and Energetic Alchemy/Five Element-inspired wellness perspectives, based on each client's interests and goals. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to take an active role in their wellness journey.
