Namaste, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist, Certified Sports Performance Therapist and a CranioSacral Therapist. My professional focus for each treatment is to assist your body in making the necessary changes needed so you are more balanced, resulting in less pain.

Most often, I assist my clients with a combination of CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Stretching and Massage techniques within a 60 or 90 minute session; 30 minute sessions for infants and children. Clients report treatments to be comfortable during and after, with a sense of serenity, relaxation, and decreased pain for days. Each therapy session may be different than the session before, as every client progresses at a different rate of change. As we are always working toward better balance, I typically ask clients to participate in their healing by assigning stretches or other health modalities between treatments.

My passion for healing the body doesn't end there. I am consistently studying several natural health modalities, acting as health advocates for current clients, family and friends.

I hold a current State of Georgia Massage License and a National Certification from the NCBMTB.
