I have been a massage therapist and bodyworker since 2001, specializing in CranioSacral Therapy since 2015. I am Diplomate Certified through the Upledger Institute and have a deep appreciation for the body's natural ability to heal. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and centered on each person's unique needs. I believe in listening to the body rather than forcing change, creating a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold naturally. After all these years, I continue to find this work deeply meaningful and feel grateful to be part of each client's healing journey.
