I am a licensed occupational therapist based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, specializing in fascial therapy, craniosacral therapy, and nervous system–informed care. My clinical background spans inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient neurology, pediatrics, skilled nursing, and community-based practice. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how the fascial and nervous systems influence movement, posture, pain, and overall function. My approach focuses on the relationship between connective tissue, movement, and the nervous system. Through hands-on manual therapy, craniosacral techniques, and individualized treatment, I work to address fascial restrictions, reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation.I recognize that persistent tension and discomfort are often influenced by multiple factors, including movement patterns, stress, previous injuries, and the body's protective responses. Rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms, I take a whole-body approach to understanding each individual's needs. My goal is to help individuals move more comfortably, improve their functional well-being, and reconnect with their bodies through personalized, compassionate care.
