About
Naturopathic Medicine allows me work with my patients to get to the root cause of their ailments. I am reminded about how powerful this medicine is when I see patients with chronic pain leave my office with relief, or when I get the feed back that I am "the first physician that actually listens to their story and concerns," and can provide solutions when the patient has been told there is nothing more that can be done. As a result, I have been a naturopathic physician for over 15 years. I love working with my patients in their healing journeys.
I use my collective knowledge from my experience in a various healthcare settings including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, EMT, lactation support, midwifery and oncology support to help my patients. Currently, I am focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation, craniosacral treatments for adults, children and those who have sustained a concussion, diet and lifestyle, spiritual healing, herbal medicines and homeopathy.
Telehealth visits are available for established patients.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic Medicine is a primary care medical model rooted in six foundational principles in its approach to health. Understanding the body is inherently wise and is continuously working to maintain health, ND (Naturopathic Doctors) or NMD (Naturopathic Medical Doctors), approach the body as a whole system, to first do no harm, focusing on prevention, supporting and utilizing the healing power of nature and empowering out patients through teaching so they may live healthier and happier.
What is CranioSacral Therapy? (Quote taken from https://www.upledger.com/courses/discover)
"CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method that engages the CranioSacral System—a unified, whole-being system reflecting the integration of physical structures, physiological rhythms, and energetic processes. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.
By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and has been shown to be beneficial for people seeking help with a wide range of healthcare challenges and symptoms."
What is Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation?
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation is a series of treatment to address the function of the pelvic floor (which is made up of several muscles). It's dysfunction can interfere with urination, intercourse, surgical or birth recovery, erections and bowel movements. Not to mention, the pelvic floor creates a foundation of strength that supports our overall body. Addressing imbalances in the the pelvic floor muscles can help address symptoms of incontinence, prolapse and pain.
What is Spiritual Healing?
Spiritual Healing is a form of work specific to address that which is beyond our physical body. Regardless of religious denomination, every body has a soul that animates our physical form. My teachers/mentors taught that physical manifestations of illness/disease first start in the spiritual body. It is through this work that wholeness can be achieved. This type of healing can take many forms which can include reading, soul retrievals, heart walks, and many more.
