I graduated from massage school in June 2008. While in school I went to one of my instructors for CranioSacral Therapy and it was a powerful experience for me. I never knew I could relax that much, and my therapist's gentle touch was extremely therapeutic for me. I decided very quickly that I wanted to become a CST practitioner. I teach horse back riding as well and my goal there and with the body work I do is the same: to help people become more who they are meant to be. I have added Equine CST to my list of modalities. It's so powerful and wonderful to work with horses; they are phenomenal teachers. Working with them has deepened my intuitive sense and feel. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to facilitate their healing and learn so much at that same time.
