I'm Tamie Cochrane, a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Mountain Maple Wellness, offering in-clinic sessions in Fayetteville and mobile sessions across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley.

I've completed CranioSacral Therapy Levels 1 and 2 through the Upledger Institute and am working toward Techniques Certification. I combine CranioSacral work with therapeutic massage, myofascial and direct-indirect techniques, cupping, and Rezzimax sensory tools. Each session is shaped around your goals and comfort level rather than one set routine.

Whether you want quiet, light-touch work to help you settle or focused recovery work for an active life, my approach is gentle and attentive. I'm a graduate of Black Brook School of Massage and am currently studying Orthopedic Medical Massage through the Academy of Clinical Massage.
