Tamara “Tammy” Kichar-Barry, OTR/L, a licensed occupational therapist, with over two decades of experience, treating adults, children and infants with a variety of therapy needs. Tammy is a teaching assistant for The Upledger Institute as well as a Medallion member of International Healthcare Practitioners. Tammy has advance CST training in multiple areas such as advance pediatrics, brain work including “Touching the Brain: Stimulating Self-Correction Through the Glial Interface”, visceral manipulation, and Somato Emotional Release. Tammy is most well known for her CranioSacral therapy skills in treating conditions such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, sensory integration, attention deficit disorders, developmental delays, tongue and lip ties, headaches/migraines, TMJ, anxiety and depression and concussions. Tammy also lectures and teaches on early intervention topics including motor milestone attainment, sensory motor development, oral motor/feeding, and school readiness. She is fully dedicated to the well-being and self esteem of children and families.
