I am a manual therapist and yoga teacher who specializes in working with posture and movement patterns that limit motion and cause pain. My interest is in improving the body's structural mobility and systemic resiliency through hands on work and client reeducation.

My Skills

Manual Therapy sessions may include visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage and/or structural integration to integrate the whole body. I believe therapy should do more than just alleviate symptoms; it should open doors. By pairing deep table-work with therapeutic movement, the session’s intent is to break old physical habits and grant clients entirely new options for movement and being.
