My Journey

I am a veteran of the United States Navy. After the military, I pursued a nursing degree as a Masters-prepared Nurse Educator which eventually left me burned out, anxious, and disconnected from myself. Caught in a cycle of overwork and emotional exhaustion, I found myself longing for something more authentically me.

In 2016, I received my first holistic session, and everything changed. I asked for guidance, and I received it. Within two weeks, I began my holistic training and personal healing journey. I later resigned from my job and, in 2019, founded Pause to Reconnect LLC.

Since then, I have continued to train in every modality I am called to learn, and have never looked back. It is now my purpose and privilege to hold space for others to discover their own healing journey toward their authentic self.
