Welcome! Sophia has been Nationally Board Certified since December 1999. She initiated her Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Neural Manipulation release coursework in 1998 as well as ZenTherapy in 2000. Working in private practice on the Eastside of Seattle, Sophia sees massage patients from all walks of life and all ages.
Those who particularly appreciate coming to Sophia are those who:
1) have experienced some sort of injury (car accident, concussion, TBI, vision issues, headaches, sport injury, emotional, or other). Their symptoms may be chronic pain, concussion, vision issues, injury related behavior change, academic performance and/or work-function capability issues;
2) want to restore their emotional well-being and/or as sympathetic/parasympathetic balance. For those working through emotional challenges, Sophia is happy to collaborate with other therapists to accelerate healing and ensure a safe environment, and/or
3) are experiencing career changes or challenges. There are many facets to staying balanced in the workplace. CranioSacral/SomatoEmotional Release are great stabilizers.

I work in Private Practice as well as at a Chiropractic Injury Clinic.
True Chiropractic clinic in Factoria schedule is typically Monday/Thursday evenings 4-7pm (53 min appts) many in-network insurances taken including health, auto/PIP, and L&I.
Private practice schedule is typically Tuesday 4-7pm, Friday 3-6pm, and/or weekend morning appts (60 & 90 min appts). I can provide a Super Bill available upon request for your personal health insurance submission. I can invoice your PIP (car insurance claim), if you provide a prescription.
