About Me

I have been a licensed massage therapist in Colorado for 20 years. In 2016, I added myofascial release and cupping to my practice so my clients could enjoy modalities that hold much more promise of extended benefits and pain relief than what "just" massage can offer.

And in my quest to always improve and innovate, I've now added craniosacral to my "toolbox" as well.

Although my experience specifically with craniosacral is more recent, myofascial release and craniosacral are extremely closely related therapies and thus I already bring the experience of intuitive light touch to the benefit of my clients. I create treatments that are specific to each client and shift from one therapy to the other as necessary.

In addition to my techniques, I have a very strong commitment to educate my clients as to what myofascial release and craniosacral therapies are and how their results can be far superior to those of just massage. It's important to me that my clients gain a working understanding of the fascial system so they can relate to my actions during their sessions and just as importantly, are incentivized to perform their own self-care therapies at home so as to extend the benefits of their work.

My goal is to help my clients get their lives back and do the things they like doing but without extreme pain.

Hours of operation / Fees

Myofascial Release (MFR) $100 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 minutes. A $60 discount for 6 pre-paid sessions.

Craniosacral: $100 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 minutes, a $60 discount for 6 pre-paid sessions.

Massage and cupping: $80 for 60 minutes, $120 for 90 minutes, a $25 discount for 5 pre-paid sessions.

Driving directions

My studio is suite #429 on the 4th floor of the Sunflower Bank Building at 831 Royal Gorge Blvd in Canon City, CO.

There is ample parking outside of the bank (don't worry about the "30 minute maximum time" signs).

Take the elevator to the 4th floor and take a sharp right. Begin walking toward the CPA's office door and another hallway opens to the right. #429 is right there, you can't miss it's large purple poster on the door.
