I invite you on a somatic exploration. Through integrative manual therapy, holistic and functional approaches, I help you reconnect with your body, expand your perspective, and deepen self-awareness to create a life rooted in clarity, purpose, and enriching possibilities.

My Approach & Philosophy:

Life is a journey of self-discovery, and the greatest transformation can happen when we choose to become our own advocate, have agency and claim our sovereignty. No one can walk this path for you, but I am here to walk beside you—as a facilitator, a witness, and a teammate—helping you uncover the innate intelligence within.

There’s wisdom within our tissues, where untold stories and vast possibilities await discovery. Our body is a profound teacher, continually guiding us toward resonance and evolution. As we evolve, our needs may shift with life's ever-changing tides, offering us the opportunity to realign and nurture our unique rhythm.  And our body often communicates through signals or symptoms, asking us to listen for what might need integration. 

Whether your path calls for optimizing your energy, restoring coherence, deepening connection, feeling grounded, or embracing joy, this work is designed to meet you where you are.  My role is to help you attune to your body's signals, supporting you to create lifestyle choices that honor your timing.

The resources I offer blend ancient wisdom with modern science and technology.  Together, we navigate your path home (to self), cultivating the authenticity of your unique essence and embracing the wholeness of all that you are.

  • Integrative Manual Therapy:
    Advanced CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Meningeal Manipulation: A gentle hands-on technique  designed to release tension, promote deep relaxation, restore coherence, and foster adaptation by connecting you with your body’s innate intelligence. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may incorporate dialoguing to support the integration of your process.

Online Services:

  • Holistic Integration Consults
     Discover health insights—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual— via your biological design.    With your body type, and birth details, we explore your unique blueprint and gain insights for what it means to thrive as you.  This evaluation offers empowering educational guidance, helping you make informed and personalized lifestyle choices to support your overall well-being at your desired pace.  It may include but not limited to genetic & functional lab testing in addition to astrological and health type analysis.
