I started Therapy Solutions in 1999. It exists as a haven for therapists and patients alike. Therapists are given the time and tools that in turn provide patients with top notch care. I, and those working with me, are committed to practicing compassionate, intelligent and respectful care that offers each person one-on-one, excellent and innovative rehabilitation in an integrative, holistic and transformational setting.

I am intrigued with methods that change the bodymind and allow for improved health and well being. The fascial and fluid techniques taught through the Upledger and Barral Institutes have captured my curiosity and provide endless opportunity for learning. They teach me to listening deeply and with an open heart. I have walked my own path of healing and I share what I have learned personally and professionally with those who come to see me. Usually people show up at my door when they are ready for a change. Thank you ahead of time for giving me the opportunity to walk some of your journey with you.
