I am Sarah Cottle, a Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and a State and Board Certified Massage Therapist. I was trained in CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute, Lymphedema Therapy at the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy at the Chikly Institute.
After 16 years of private practices in Arizona, I now have a private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. I work with clients of all ages; adults, moms and babies, children and families. Since 2005, I have been a therapist in comprehensive therapy programs with the Upledger Institute and Integrative Intentions.
