I graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences with a degree in Massage Therapy. After obtaining my New York State license in 2002, I have been using my skills in Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage, Medical Massage, and Sports Massage in various work environments. These include volunteering at a non-profit organization, helping medical caregivers, Sports Clubs, Medical Spas, and Chiropractic and Physical Therapy clinics. Meeting New York State requirements, I have continued to further my skills through the years with Continued Education Courses.

My studies at the Upledger Institute and Barral Institute of CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Neural Manipulation techniques, have been invigorating and inspiring to further support each recipient's process of self-healing. I enjoy combining Eastern and Western modalities in all my therapy treatments.
