About Me


I help people of all ages restore movement within the body's tissues to support improved comfort, function, and overall well-being.


My approach is highly individualized, drawing from advanced training in Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Myofascial Release, and other gentle manual therapies.

My own family's experience with complex chronic illness, including tick-borne infections and toxic mold exposure, sparked a lifelong pursuit of understanding how the body adapts, compensates, and heals. That experience continues to shape my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-informed learning and compassionate patient care.

I believe every person has a unique story, and every treatment should reflect that. Rather than focusing only on where symptoms are felt, I work to identify underlying restrictions that may be contributing to pain, dysfunction, or impaired movement.

I am continually expanding my education through advanced training and enjoy integrating new knowledge into clinical practice. I remain endlessly curious about the human body and consider lifelong learning an essential part of providing the highest quality care to my patients.
