As a CranioSacral Therapist, I work with adults and children focusing on the body's natural intelligence to release deep restrictions to promote the body's natural healing abilities.

 By using non-invasive gentle touch techniques to free up the central nervous system, CST naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens your resistance to disease, and enhances your health and well-being and is effective for all ages. 

Basically, for adults and children, CST improves your body's ability to take better care of you.  It has been shown to help a full spectrum of pain, illness and dysfunction, including, but not limited to:

  • Post-Surgical Dysfunction

I have provided CranioSacral Therapy for both adults and children with or without disabilities since early 2011 and have seen the powerful benefits that this gentle touch treatment offers. I am continuously amazed at the body's ability to self correct and heal when given this support.

I've lived in Lino Lakes for the past 33 years.  I've been happily married for 34 years, have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren all whom I love spending time with.  For fun, I love riding bike, kayaking, sewing, reading and gardening.

Note:  If you cannot find a time that works for you, please contact me. I have some flexibility and will work out a time that's convenient for you.

Fee:

90 minute session:  Adult (16+)  $170

60 minute session:  Adult (16+)  $120
