I bring over 41 years of experience to my practice and draw from a wide range of post-graduate studies, integrating techniques according to each individual's needs. While my treatment style is focused and specific, my approach is holistic.
Each session will include a series of assessments, allowing me to "Listen" to fascial relationships and "Follow" your body's innate wisdom as it leads us to the areas and systems it needs to work with, and the order in which to do so. My treatments are typically comprised of a variety of osteopathic techniques such as CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Visceral-Vascular Manipulation and Muscle Energy Technique, possibly blended with Myofascial Release.
I love having the opportunity of working together with my clients to help facilitate their own healing process. Patients appreciate my responsiveness to their comfort levels and needs.
