My experience allows me to provide an empathetic and nurturing environment for all of my clients (newborn to 999 years). I have a background in martial arts, as a student and an instructor. I am a retired firefighter, in 3 different jurisdictions, due a career ending injury (according to the doctors). I was very hard on my body and had experienced numerous head injuries and spinal traumas. Fire fighting was my life and I was devastated when a doctor told me surgery or no career. Despite my want to get back to work I sought other advice and was seeing improvement everyday, through alternative medicine. I had several doctors working with me while I continuously studied ways to help me get better. I gained an interest in craniosacral therapy after receiving a trial treatment and being relieved of my chronic headache that I had had for a little over 20 years in just a few moments of work. I immersed myself with craniosacral, visceral manipulation and somato-emotional release studies to be able to assist others in their healing process. After a few years my herniated discs, throughout my spine and thoracic-lumbar scoliosis, dissipated and realigned with diligent work and dedication. I've also been working with Dr Amen, (Psychiatrist whom created using SPECT scans to work with 'mental health' issues). I'm a mentor and ambassador for his Whole 4 program, which has me working to include brain health with nervous system and fascia for a whole body experience, mind, body and spirit. 

I believe in living your life to the fullest and being able to enjoy every moment. That moment that you realize that your body doesn't recover partially due to your minds belief, is a very enlightening one and needs to be spread so we don't need to witness so many others in pain. It is the most incredible moment in your life to take care of your body and allow it to repair and reset. This also includes trauma and injury both emotional and physical.

My passion is being able to facilitate others, physically and emotionally to understandand heal and witness their new knowledge and health enable a new life of possibilities for them. Even better yet, witnesses them spread the knowledge and love to others.
