About

Mary is an Upledger Institute certified Advanced CranioSacral Therapist, teaching assistant and presenter for Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy and Sharecare. She is also a holistic physical therapist, lymph drainage therapist, and visceral manipulation therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and energy medicine practitioner, incorporatping variety of traditional and complementary therapeutic techniques into her healthcare practice.

She has many years of clinical experience working with a diverse population, with her oldest client being 104 years old and the youngest being newborn. Extensive  experience with down regulating the nervous system, working with chronically stressed or traumatized clients is one of Mary’s specialties.

Mary’s holistic multimodality approach facilitates the release of physical, physiological, emotional and energetic restrictions creating a greater sense of balance, awareness and self-empowerment.
The knowledge and healing gained through experiencing Mary’s supportive and therapeutic presence and skills is frequently life changing, and it can significantly illuminate your pathway to optimal health and healing.
