    I graduated from Pines City Colleges in the Philippines in 1992, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Over the years, I've cultivated a diverse set of skills that I seamlessly integrate into my practice. These include the incorporation of the fluid movements of Rehab Pilates, the gentle strength of Hypopressive Exercise Techniques, and the calming flow of Yoga.

    I specialize in the intricate dynamics of Women, Men, and Pediatric Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. Additionally, I navigate the complexities of Cancer Rehabilitation with compassion and precision. I am also certified in Lymphedema Management.
