I am moved daily by the connection we have with our bodies being an expression of our true selves as soulful beings. We are creating our experience of life and the world we live in, in every moment and every movement we make. My desired intention is to increase your energetic presence, awareness and comfort in movement, to increase mental clarity, and to develop vulnerability as an asset in life as a choice to feel your life through your body. Whenever a new choice is discovered and previously restricted movement is allowed, healing begins. Regardless of which one happens first, conscious awakening or freedom of movement the other will follow. Life is a blessing and truly sacred. It's time to replace stress, struggle and effort with effortless, creative living. Let go of the tension that we bring into our daily living and find the road to health, freedom of movement, emotional fulfillment, productivity and creativity.
